Simple things are hard to do, hard things are impossible to do.
You may want to solve hard problems, but don’t start solving until
you have thought about a very simple solution.
Differentiation is a necessity. If you are going against established competition
and you don’t have any differentiators,
then you’re obviously not going to be able to get to the customer.
Conviction is an essential part of the entrepreneurial journey,
it's not a sufficient part, not every conviction is right,
but without conviction, there is no way any entrepreneur can move forward.
